Share Repurchase Programme
Centrica plc announces that on 26 July 2013, it purchased (through Goldman Sachs International) 6,636 (six thousand six hundred and thirty six) Centrica plc ordinary shares at an average price of 380.00 pence per share. The highest price and the lowest price paid for these shares were 380.00 pence and 380.00 pence respectively.
The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. As at the date of this announcement, Centrica plc holds 49,270,489 ordinary shares in treasury and has 5,150,659,203 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
