Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 447,499 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 209.10p, the lowest price paid was 205.40p and the average price paid was 206.5006p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 31,989,463 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,122,538,162 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
