Dawnay, Day Treveria PLC09 November 2007 Dawnay, Day Treveria PLC: Transaction in own shares Dawnay, Day Treveria PLC ('the Company') announces that on 8 November 2007 itpurchased 761,715 ordinary shares for cancellation at an average price of EUR0.843 per share. Following the above purchase, the Company has now bought back 68,380,041ordinary shares for cancellation since 11 July 2007 when the buy back programmecommenced. Following the cancellation of these shares the company will have643,877,382 ordinary shares in issue. Due to an error in the announcement on 2 November 2007 relating to the number ofshares bought back on 1 November 2007, the total number of ordinary sharesbought back has been overstated by 5,000 shares in the announcements since thatdate. The correct figures are reflected in this announcement.
