Dawnay, Day Sirius Limited: Transaction in own shares

Dawnay, Day Sirius Limited (the "Company") announces that on 27 May 2008 it purchased 650,000 ordinary shares at an average price of EUR 0.6596 per share.

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 16,246,824 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 311,553,176 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
