Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 646,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 170.40p, the lowest price paid was 168.50p and the average price paid was 169.242p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 65,433,724 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,089,093,901 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
