Market Purchase by the Company of its own Ordinary Shares
Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC hereby gives notification that, pursuant to the authority granted at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 13 May 2008 to make market purchases of the Company's own shares, a market purchase of 4,211 ordinary shares of 25p each of the Company was made on 28 May 2008 at a price of 395.13p.
Following the purchase and cancellation of the above shares, 30,187,691 ordinary shares of 25p each will remain in issue.
