Stock Repurchase) programme, Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 9th October 2015 Carnival Investments Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Carnival Corporation) sold 126,000 existing ordinary shares that it held in Carnival plc at an average price of £32.961649 per share. The highest price received for the ordinary shares was £33.17 per share and the lowest price received was £32.64 per share.
