Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 27 December 2013 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 232 ordinary shares at an average price of 619.5 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 461,112,325 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
