Inchcape plc - Transactions in Own Shares

Inchcape plc (the "Company") announces that on 08 January 2014 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 53,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 630.50 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 626.50 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 463,473,057 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
