Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 234,808 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 104.99 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 6,625,740 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 73,120,178.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 22,048 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 755.70 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 5,633,878 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 32,543,345.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
