Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 692,283 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 218.00p, the lowest price paid was 214.10p and the average price paid was 214.7100p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 20,947,069 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,133,580,556 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
