SThree plc announces that on 1 August 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 22,500 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 172.4167 pence per share.
The highest price paid was 173 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 171.25 pence per share.
For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 127,913,422 ordinary shares of 1p each.
