Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 550,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 184.10p, the lowest price paid was 180.50p and the average price paid was 182.2066p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 51,107,833 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,103,419,792 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
