Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 29 January 2015 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 100,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 699.50 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 692.00 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company has 447,181,121 ordinary shares in issue.
