Spark Ventures PLC31 March 2008 SPARK Ventures plc 31 March 2008 Purchase of own shares SPARK Ventures plc (the "Company") The Company announces that today it purchased 1,000,000 of its Ordinary Sharesof 2.5p at a price of 9p per share. These shares will be held in Treasury. This purchase equates to 0.24% of the Company's issued share capital. For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rules, the Company's total issued share capital at the date of thisnotice is £11,250,000 consisting of 450,000,000 Ordinary shares of 2.5p of which39,095,220 are now held as Treasury shares. The total number of voting rights inthe Company is therefore 410,904,780.
