Purchase of shares

The Company announces that on 15 February 2017, it purchased 139,031 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.14% of the issued share capital at a price of 133 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase, there are now 100,819,624 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
