Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 51,282 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 728.54 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 4,443,726 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 33,329,009.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Cash

The Company has today purchased 124,201 Managed Cash shares for cancellation at 97.20 pence per share.

Following the transaction the number of ordinary shares in issue is 3,981,839.

The Company does not hold any Managed Cash shares in Treasury. Any shares held in Treasury would only be re-issued at a premium to net asset value.
