Big Yellow Group PLC announces that on 19 August 2011 it purchased 130,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 237.5 pence per share. The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. Following the above purchase, Big Yellow Group PLC holds 1,345,000 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 129,945,356 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
