Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 34,134 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 108.95 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 4,555,996 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 71,616,612.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 52,781 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 757.32 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 5,039,467 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 33,702,261.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
