Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 770,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 191.60p, the lowest price paid was 187.30p and the average price paid was 189.0249p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 50,212,833 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,104,314,792 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
