Purchase of own shares
SThree plc announces that on 08 September 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 197.66 pence per share.
For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 125,073,422 ordinary shares of 1p each. Please note that on Friday 5th September the Company issued 4,000 new shares which are included in the above total.
