21 February 2014 Daily Mail and General Trust plc (`DMGT') Transaction in own shares DMGT has today transferred out of treasury 318 A Ordinary Non-Voting shares (AShares) at a price of £10.630 in order to make an award of shares to meet thevesting of an award to a participant in the 2007 DMGT Long Term Incentive Plan.The share price was that at the close of business on Thursday 20 February 2014in accordance with the Plan Rules.
