On 4 March 2013, Reckitt Benckiser Group plc acquired from HSBC Bank plc,115,000 of its ordinary shares at an average price of £44.99366 per ordinaryshare. These shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, theCompany has:

1. 16,008,971 shares held as treasury shares; and

2. 718,571,819 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)
