On 22 November 2011, Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC purchased for cancellation 10,000 of its own Ordinary shares at 75.5p per share.
Following this transaction the Company's ordinary issued share capital is 8,386,589 Ordinary shares of 10p each and 4,861,009 S Ordinary shares of 10p each and, therefore, the number of voting shares in the Company is 13,247,598.
