Volvere plc ("Volvere" or the "Company")
Market Purchase of the Company's Own Shares
Notification is given that pursuant to the authority granted at the General Meeting of the Company held on 22 February 2010 to make market purchases of the Company's own shares, market purchases totalling 75,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.0000001 each ("Shares") in the capital of the Company were made on 24 September 2010 and 27 September 2010 at an average price of GBP2.763 per share. These shares will be held as treasury shares.
Following the above, the Company holds 144,334 Shares as treasury shares. The number of Shares in issue (excluding treasury Shares), and the figure to be used as the denominator for calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights, is now 5,564,386 Shares. The Company also has in issue 49,735 A shares of GBP0.49999995 each and 49,735 B shares of GBP0.49999995 each, neither of which is admitted to trading on AIM.
