Completion of share buyback Programme
Spectris plc (the 'Company'), the expert in providing insight through precision measurement, announces that the Company's £200 million share buyback programme managed by Jefferies International Limited and J.P. Morgan Securities plc which commenced on 22 March 2021, was completed on 7 October 2021. In aggregate, between these dates, 5,596,739 ordinary shares were repurchased at an average price of 3574 pence per share and the shares repurchased were subsequently cancelled.
