REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES INTO TREASURY

JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc has purchased into Treasury 67,638 Ordinary shares at 455.1226 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction the Company holds 13,844,366 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 143,630,565.

 

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
