Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 329,460 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 215.40p, the lowest price paid was 212.30p and the average price paid was 213.2444p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 27,962,029 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,126,565,596 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
