REPURCHASE OF SHARES

Managed Growth

JPMorgan Elect plc has today purchased 31,372 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 600.27 pence per share. Following the transaction the Company holds 3,255,703 Managed Growth shares in Treasury.

The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 34,233,446.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
