The Company announces that on 23rd August 2010 it purchased 10,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 440 pence per share. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 47,082 ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 2,832,216.
