Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 71,312 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 108.97 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 3,867,687 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 72,132,573.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 38,014 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 733.09 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 4,760,951 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 34,036,338.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
