Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 181.60p, the lowest price paid was 169.50p and the average price paid was 173.8151p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 40,672,879 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,113,854,746 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
