The Company announces that on 9 November 2017, it purchased a total 93,053 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 1.68% of the issued share capital at an average price of 68.77 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase, there are now 5,460,301 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
