The Company announces that on 25 June 2025 it purchased for cancellation 85,789 of its ordinary shares of 5.6110477936 pence each ("Shares") through Barclays Bank plc, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 6 September 2024.

Highest price paid per Share: 3,896p

Lowest price paid per Share: 3,836p

Volume weighted average price paid per Share: 3,856.1570p

The Shares purchased on 25 June 2025 will be cancelled and will not be held as Treasury shares. Following the cancellation of these Shares, the Company has 98,756,403 Shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares). This is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator when determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
