The highestprice paid was 930 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 921.50 penceper share. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares. Following the abovepurchase, Enterprise Inns plc holds 26,951,412 ordinary shares as treasuryshares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held astreasury shares) is 322,553,978.
