Diageo PLC13 March 2007 Diageo plc 13 March 2007 Diageo plc ('the Company') announces that it has today purchased through GoldmanSachs International 121,303 ordinary shares of 28 101/108 pence each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 986.21 pence per share. The purchasedshares will be held in treasury for the purpose of satisfying options grantedunder the Company's employee share plans. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 280,429,753 Ordinary Shares astreasury shares.
