Transaction in Own Shares

PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

e2v Technologies plc: Purchase of own shares.

e2v technologies plc (the Company) announces that it purchased, through Investec Bank plc, the following shares;

- On 30 September 2013 275,000 of its ordinary shares of 5 pence each at a price of 148 pence per share.

- On 01 October 2013 75,000 of its ordinary shares of 5 pence each at a price of 147.25 pence per share.

The shares will be held as treasury shares and used to meet options under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plans.

Following the above purchase, the Company now holds 1,656,091 shares in treasury. Excluding the 1,656,091 shares held in treasury, the Company now has 216,851,637 ordinary shares in issue.
