The Company announces that on 13 October 2017, it purchased 164,200 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.15% of the issued share capital at a price of 141.5 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase, there are now 110,768,550 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
