Transaction in Own Shares
The Company announces that it has today purchased 64,237 ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 50 pence per ordinary share.
The total number of shares in issue, following the above mentioned transaction, is 9,307,863 ordinary shares.
The above figure of 9,307,863 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
