Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 70,120 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 90.00 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction the Company holds 11,514,101 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury 72,236,038.

 

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
