Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 21,011 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 837.88 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 7,000,960 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 30,687,570.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 100,000 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 106.19 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 11,480,970 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 69,385,182.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
