Stock Repurchase) programme, Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 28th May 2010 Carnival Investments Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Carnival Corporation) sold 125,000 existing ordinary shares that it held in Carnival plc at an average price of £26.32988524 per share. The highest price received for the ordinary shares was £26.475 per share and the lowest price received was £26.23 per share.
