The Company announces that on 7 December 2011 it purchased in the market 175,000
ordinary shares of 67p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 642.5 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this transaction, there are 36,896,013 Ordinary Shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury.
