Transaction in own shares
The Company announces that on the 13 October 2008 it purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 497.5 pence per share. The shares will be cancelled with immediate effect. The purchase equates to approximately 0.17% of the issued share capital of the Company at that time.
Following the purchase and subsequent cancellation, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 11,893,559 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
