Number of ordinary shares purchased: 69,359

The highest price paid was 702.66 pence per share and lowest price paid was 696.95 pence per share.

The purchase represented an average price of 699.6488 pence per share.

The purchased shares will be cancelled. Following this purchase, the total number of voting rights in JD Wetherspoon plc is 115,236,335
