Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 21,750 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 828.96 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 7,402,675 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 30,962,015.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 25,108 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 101.97 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 11,969,125 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 86,496,349.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
