Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 600,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 232.50p, the lowest price paid was 225.20p and the average price paid was 227.0234p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 11,194,214 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,143,333,411 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
