Share Repurchase Programme
Centrica plc announces that on 26 June 2013, it purchased (through Goldman Sachs International) 981,576 (nine hundred and eighty one thousand, five hundred and seventy six) Centrica plc ordinary shares at an average price of 354.8716 pence per share. The highest price and the lowest price paid for these shares were 356.40 pence and 353.20 pence respectively.
The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. As at the date of this announcement, Centrica plc holds 38,194,239 ordinary shares in treasury and has 5,161,735,453 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
