Transaction in Own Shares

PANTHEON INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATIONS PLC (the "Company") Transaction in own Redeemable Shares The Company announces that on 3 December 2013 it purchased in the market300,000 redeemable shares of 1p each ("Redeemable Shares") at a price of 995pence per share for cancellation. Following this transaction, there are 33,012,534 Redeemable Shares in issue,none of which are held in treasury. In total, since the Company started buying back shares in August 2011 it hasacquired, for investment purposes, 3,689,000 ordinary shares and 4,961,000redeemable shares, representing approximately 11.5% of the shares thenoutstanding.
