SThree plc announces that on 9 July 2008 it purchased for cancellation 118,131 ordinary shares of 1 pence each, at an average price of 141.8471 pence per share.
The highest price paid was 144.75 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 138.25 pence per share.
For confirmation the Company's issued share capital is now 128,841,625 ordinary shares of 1 pence each.
